Mission Statement
Our mission is to use our conference to bring together cancer patients,their family members,carers and medical
and health care professionals. We encourage all those affected by cancer, to share their experience,
knowledge and strength with each other in a safe, relaxed and positive environment and to help each individual
improve the quality of their personal cancer journey.
We aim to bring together the people who run Cancer Support and Self Help Groups to help them to extend and
improve their skills and services.

Conference 2009
We are now planning the conference for 2009,the provisional date is given above. As we get
firm details of speakers and workshops we will put them on the web site.
Travel Insurance Petition
In order to draw attention to the high cost of travel insurance for
cancer patients we have started a petition on the 10 Downing Street site. We would like as many
people as possible to sign up. Click here to sign.
Conference 2008
The feedback from the delegates at our 2008 conference indicate that they found the
conference to be a very worth while way to spend a weekend.

We would like to thank every one who has helped us with donations over the past year and Whilst
these donations have given us some security for the future we still need long-term financial help to put the conference
